Terms of Service

ClinicScale Media provides short-form video editing services to clinics and businesses on a monthly subscription basis, and complimentary sample edits for prospective clients.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically until cancelled. Prices and inclusions are described on our pricing page.

You retain full ownership of the raw footage and finished videos we produce for you. You grant us a limited license to store, edit, and deliver your footage for the purpose of providing the service. We may reference completed work in our portfolio only with your written consent.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or violates the privacy of individuals depicted. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to share footage with us for editing.

We do not guarantee any specific results, including views, followers, leads, revenue, or other business outcomes. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Each finished video includes a reasonable number of revisions as described in your plan. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after we receive complete footage and instructions. Turnaround may vary based on scope and queue.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicScale Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
